Products can be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase as long as they are unused, fresh, and in their original packaging. We give store credit for goods that have been opened and used, but please keep in mind that this is done on a case-by-case basis, and JC&P reserves the right to provide any solutions it deems appropriate for each inquiry. The customer would be responsible for return shipping costs.
Perishable products, such as plants and livestocks are not eligible for returns. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are dissatisfied in any way! We do provide complete DOA (Dead On Arrival) coverage.

If you live outside of Canada & United States and want to order dry goods from us, we will do our best to fulfill your orders. If there is an issue, we will notify you via email. Plants are not permitted to be transported outside of United States and Canada.
